Amazing Lights at the Seoul Lantern Festival

Amazing Lights at the Seoul Lantern Festival

special thanks to Ms.Abigail Go
The 2nd Seoul Lantern Festival began last November 5, 2010. The Opening and Lighting Ceremony took place at the Cheonggye Plaza. Beautiful lanterns are displayed along the Cheonggyecheon. The festival created a spectacular view at night exhibiting a total of 15,000 Korean traditional and international lanterns from 29 different regions from 24 countries around the world.
This year was made extra special as Korea is the host of the G20 Seoul Summit. Moreover, there is also the tourism campaign, the Visit Korea 2010.
