It was inaugurated last March of 2009, aiming for global cultural exchanges between Seoulites and foreign tourists visiting Seoul.

maps, magazines and brochures are available on various languages.

The staff of the Center have an excellent command of English, Chinese, and Japanese, being fully prepared to deliver useful tourism information to meet your demands for a convenient and pleasant tour or stay in Seoul.
Looking for a quick but an authentic Korean traditional Arts experience? Try visiting the Global Center as it offers an excellent opportunity to experience and deepen your understanding of our traditional Korean culture, by participating in programs like folk painting and Hanji (Traditional Korean paper) crafts.

The office is a mixture of traditional and modern Korean art as greatly exemplified by this low table where I sat while reading some brochures.

The diverse facilities of the Center such as the low, Korean-style wooden benches, free Internet zones, and coin lockers for the depositing of your luggage will provide comfort and help you feel refreshed during your tour of Seoul.

You can also try some Korean traditional such as this one.

The Center is constantly committed to providing meaningful opportunities to communicate with diverse global cultures, delivering international cultural exchange events and exhibitions through close cooperation with foreign embassies in Korea. Seoul Center for Culture & Tourism is strongly dedicated to serving as an open window to global cultural exchanges in Korea.
