NOON SQUARE: ONCE YOU SHOP…YOU CAN’T STOP
by Team Philippines for Seoul Summer Sale 2011

OUR TEAM SIMPLY LOVES SHOPPING! ONCE WE SHOP…WE CAN’T STOP!!! Since we stepped here at the land of the morning calm, Noon Square is one of our favorite shopping places….and why not? They have ZARA, Mango, Forever 21, HnM and more!

Noon Square during a busy afternoon

Noon Square (previously known as "The Avatar") is located at the center of Myeong-dong, a Mecca of fashion and culture. International and local fashion, food and beverage vendors, and various means of entertainment converge on this one spot, making it a true modern-day icon of Myeong-dong.
The word "Noon" means "snow crystal" in Korean which symbolizes the beautiful jewel-like exterior of the shopping center. The building’s design was constructed with the shoppers' convenience in mind, and even boasts an outside escalator: the first of its kind in Korea.

Noon Square features a wide range of international brands including Mango, Steve Madden, H&M (a Swedish brand which is opening its first flagship store in Korea), and ZARA (a Spanish brand that is at the center of street fashion fever). Noon Square not only showcases international brands, but also includes other exciting new brands that are representative of today’s current fashion trends.
Noon Square also provides a great selection of restaurants including Crystal Jade, Todai, Bongchujjimdak (marinated steamed chicken), and SHINKISO (a Japanese noodle restaurant). Entertainment venues such as the Youngpoong Bookstore and CGV theaters will also undoubtedly add to your experience at Noon Square.
Noon Square is now decorated with red SALE banners which is very tempting…clothes were on sale for as low as KRW6, 000…We will definitely go here every weekends! Join us, our dear readersJ!
