8.8 IS GRAPE DAY IN KOREA

Koreans simply love to connect days of the years with various objects and subjects. For example the Peppero day is celebrated every 11 of November (11.11) as it resembles the shape of this all time favorite chocolate stick. At this day, ladies give peppero to their male friends and some actually wait for this moment for they belive girls can profess their love to their crushes.

Every August 8, (8.8) Korea celebrates Grape day to promote their own crops...(8.8) resembles the grapefruit right?
